I am getting beyond pissed. For the past * days I have been talking to representatives about my truly unlimited plan I purchased on June *, **** for $**.**. I have been getting cut off at the same time each night and have been getting a song and dance about *gb of data. I PURCHASED TRULY UNLIMITED DATA ON JUNE *ST **** ONLINE. Why am I being told I have to wait a month for more data when I just bought the plan? I did not have this problem last month and was able to use data all LAST month. What is so difficult over there? Fix my issue, return my money.. Do whatever you have to do. I'm tired of calling and I will be taking it up with higher authority if it's not handled.
