Hello, I received my safelink phone quite a while ago, I can not use it as I cant see the buttons, features etc. on the phone. I have vision problems & need a phone that I am able to enlarge things if needed, speaks so that I am able to hear messages & who is calling also allows me to speak to it in order to place a call. Can you send me a smart phone, whereas I was sent a flip phone & it is useless for me as I can not see it. Thank you, Nadine
