I am a committed customer of Ryobi products, owning * **v products. Had sawzall repaired at a home depot costing me $**.** which was just at *yr old. the anvil of the unit broke, I have had no problems out of any of my other products. So when I went to pickup unit from store and walking past the black Friday sale of * *ah batteries for $**.** I had to go spend my money on the repair of a hard part in the unit which I don't think should break in the first place. I called customer service and they were very exacting of following their policy to the letter of the law and not of the spirit of the law !
