If your hose won’t detach from your pressure washer, check that the trigger gun is in the off position and that the pressure has been released. Ensure that there’s no water pressure in the hose when attempting to detach it. Sometimes, debris can cause a blockage; inspect the connection for any obstructions. If the hose still doesn’t come off, it may be stuck due to being overtightened or due to wear. Applying some lubricant around the connection point can help, but do so carefully to avoid damage.

In general, look for a sticker or plate on your product that has various numbers. The model number is typically labeled directly as such, while the serial number may sometimes be shown as "S/N" or "Serial No". For your specific model RY4010158TL, refer to the manual or look closely at the device. If there are two numbers and you're not sure which is which, try entering both during the registration process. The system should be able to determine which is the correct number for registration.
