I'm having trouble contacting your team by phone. I was disconnected after waiting for almost 2 hours. I need to exchange some defective batteries and a charger as promised. I'm also having difficulties registering my leaf blower, although I was able to register my chainsaw. I even sent an email with a picture of the model as requested for registration, but haven't received assistance in almost 2 months. I prefer Craftsman's support as it's much quicker and more reliable. I've been loyal to companies that stand by their products like Craftsman. If this issue isn't resolved, I may have to reconsider all my Ryboi purchases, although it's been over 30 days. I would appreciate it if you could escalate this matter to your higher-ups. Thank you.

I am trying to replace the trimmer line on my Ryobi trimmer RY40002 40V. I have managed to thread the line through the holes on both sides of the trimmer head, but I am having difficulty reattaching the plate. I tried accessing the manual on your website for guidance, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any instructions on how to replace the line. Despite selecting "English" at the start, the online manual keeps switching to French as I navigate through the pages, making it challenging to follow the instructions. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you. - Anand Skeels

In July, I purchased the Ryobi 16” cordless mower which included the charger and 2 18-volt batteries. Unfortunately, one of the batteries is defective and does not charge, displaying an error message when placed on the charger. After visiting Home Depot, I was advised to contact Ryobi for a replacement. Despite numerous attempts to reach Ryobi, I have been unsuccessful in connecting to the appropriate department for a replacement battery. Instead, I was informed that I would need to purchase a new battery, which is frustrating as the mower was supposed to come with 2 working batteries. I have also tried communicating through the Ryobi Chat App, but the responses received have been unhelpful, requesting a 7-digit order number or tracking number which I do not have as the product was delivered by Home Depot. It seems Ryobi is unable or unwilling to accept the UPC on the product box as verification. After dealing with this issue since July 24th, I am considering returning the entire purchase to Home Depot for a refund. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I have been a long-time customer of Ryobi for more than a decade and have amassed a significant collection of power tools spanning both 18-volt and 40-volt lines. Within my assortment, I have multiple drills, impact tools, a ratchet, a circular saw, a saws-all, a work light, various chargers, and a plethora of batteries in different capacities. Specifically, I possess a single 40-volt 6Ah battery with a faulty cell that falls outside of the warranty period. I kindly request a one-time replacement for this battery at no cost.

I own an 18v weed trimmer/edger which I use for hard-to-reach areas the mower can't handle. Initially, I purchased a head with plastic blades, but it broke after an hour of use. I thought I might have hit something, so I bought a replacement. Sadly, the second head also broke with minimal usage, despite being careful. The product's design is subpar, and despite my investment, it's rendered useless. I own several Ryobi tools, but my future purchases may depend on how this issue is addressed. I am extremely dissatisfied with this expensive and unreliable product.

I recently purchased a Ryobi RYRM8021 42" riding electric mower and installed the bagging kit. While adjusting the deck level, I encountered difficulty accessing the top right side jam nut and securing nut. Despite spending hours trying, I couldn't get a socket or wrench on the nut due to frame obstructions. The right side nuts are inaccessible from above as they are located under the mower key panel, seat, and floor panels. I have reached out through calls and chats for guidance but have not received a solution.

I purchased a Ryobi weed eater and blower, both coming with 40V batteries. Recently, my weed eater stopped working even after fully charging the battery. I then tried the battery on my blower, but it wouldn't work either. Surprisingly, my friend's Ryobi 40V battery worked on both my tools, but my battery didn't work on his. It seems like I have a defective battery and would appreciate a replacement. Thank you for supporting your products.

I bought a Ryobi One+ HP 18V cordless pet stick vac kit a few months back. The brush attachment has stopped working recently. I discovered a wire short in the stick portion. Now, when I attach the brush directly to the vacuum, a red light comes on, and the brush starts moving but seems to get stuck. Could I please receive a replacement for the stick and brush parts of the vacuum?

Hello, I have two barely used lithium-ion batteries that were gifted to me but are no longer functioning. Despite only being used a few times, they won't charge or power my devices. My other Ryobi batteries have lasted longer. I've attempted to charge them with different chargers without success. Thank you, Nick.
