Customers can't afford the ** euro fees and Ryanair needs to improve its relationship with its customers.

I fly regularly to Alicante with Ryanair, I flew ten times last year with this airline and don't have any complaints other than being so tied to the dates booked due to the large fees incurred if you amend your booking.
