In a nutshell: Ryanair tickets can only be refunded if your flight is canceled, delayed for over five hours, or in case of serious illness or death of a travel companion. Refunds
Ryanair tickets can only be refunded when your flight has been canceled, delayed for at least five hours or when the person traveling with you is seriously sick or dies. You can't get a refund if you decide not to move forward with your travel or if you don't feel like traveling. Note that other products purchased along with the tickets such as hotels, car hire or parking aren't included. If you need a refund for the extras, contact the third-party supplier. Read this guide if you plan to apply for a refund with Ryanair.
If your flight has been canceled, Ryanair will send an email asking if you want to process a refund for the tickets purchased or request to be rerouted. For flight delays and other problems, it's advised to check for an email from Ryanair to know your options.
You'll find this in the email. Read the email in its entirety to know your other options before clicking the refund link. Tap on the link only if you're certain you want to get a refund and not want to rebook your flight.
Another way to process a refund is by signing in to your account. Go to your My Bookings section to access your booking. Follow the on-screen instructions on how to get started with your refund application.
