I need to lodge a complaint regarding the Budapest to Shannon flight that took off on 27th October [redacted] at 12:35 p.m. My sisters were denied boarding when the gate closed in front of them and 20 other passengers. Despite a lengthy wait at passport control, the last person in line before them was allowed through, and they were unfairly prevented from boarding. Despite having travel insurance, no refund was given, and no alternative flight was provided. It is unacceptable for Ryanair to act this way after passengers have paid for expensive tickets. I request a full refund as my sisters were not at fault for missing the flight. I urge you to review the security footage at Budapest airport to witness the situation firsthand. Hello, I am inquiring about the situation that occurred with my sisters and 20 other passengers who were not allowed to board the Budapest-Shannon flight on 10/21/[redacted] at 12:35. Despite arriving on time, they were denied boarding as the gate closed when the last passenger entered. It seems unfair that the plane had time to offload luggage but not allow the passengers to board. I kindly request a review of the Budapest airport cameras to verify the number of people present during boarding. This issue affected not only my sisters but also numerous others. I am experiencing difficulties verifying with Ryanair for both the paid and free processes. I have attempted 21 times, and my passport always fails verification even though the image is clear. I am extremely frustrated. I made the booking through Kiwi (a mistake I won't repeat) and now I'm stuck in a verification process that I can't seem to complete. I'm unsure if I am misunderstanding Ryanair's instruction when they mention "front side view" of the passport. Could you clarify if it refers to the exterior or interior of the passport? I have also tried the paid service, but my passport was still unreadable despite the image being clear. The facial recognition process took a long time, making the experience very challenging. I have never encountered such issues with any other European carriers, and this is beyond frustrating. Your assistance is appreciated.

I purchased three tickets from Kiwi.com for a trip from Sofia to Kerry, with layovers in Paris and Dublin on July 29, [redacted] for my partner and my 15-year-old son. Due to a strike in Paris that day, our flights from Sofia to Paris and Paris to Dublin were canceled. Kiwi.com informed me that Ryanair would refund the canceled flights directly. I submitted claims with verification forms and my bank details. While I received a refund for one flight, the refund for the other is still pending. Despite numerous conversations with Kiwi.com's customer service, the issue remains unresolved. They marked it as solved, but the money has not been returned to my account, even though they claim to have all the necessary information. It is now almost December, and I am still waiting for the refund.
