I'm having a variety of different issues with the RushCard for whatever reason I am not able to get into my account online what is my first issue I need students my account online because I forgot the *-Digit pin to my card when I put in the information to be processed it tells me that my card is not able to be activated when in fact the car has already been activated so why would I want it to be reactivated when I call to check on the card or follow the prompts that is given none of the prompts work for this car. It keeps telling me that they are unable to activate my card at this time when I go online to resolve the issue and follow the prompts there I still have the same issue not only do I have that issue I also have an issue of not being able to access my account to change information and which needs to be changed to proceed with using my card in a daily man this is the worst company I have ever there is no emphasis on the importance and having a human technical support team to advise and adhere to the consumers issues in which are coming everyday I have emailed and I keep getting the same email back which lets me know that is a robotic email and I am not appreciative of that I have called and it keeps sending me through the worst prompts ever none of them help at all
GetHuman-epictime did not yet indicate what RushCard should do to make this right.
