There are several fees associated with using RushCard. The monthly plan fee ranges from $5.95 to $7.95, depending on the plan selected. An ATM withdrawal fee of $2.50 applies, in addition to any fees charged by the ATM owner. Adding money through cash transfer or check-to-card carries a fee of $4.95, while mobile check loading has a fee of $5.95. RushCard also charges a foreign transaction fee equal to 3% of the total transaction amount. Card replacement and expedited shipping fees are $3.95 and $30, respectively.
