I need a my card deactivated and a new one sent

To deactivate and request a new RushCard, you have to log into your online account or your RushCard mobile application. Choose the lost or stolen card option. This would deactivate your current card. The next step would be to order a new card which you can do it from the same platform. It would take approximately 7 to 10 business days to receive your new card in the mail.

My paycheck went to my rush card account
