My card was lost or stolen and I called Richard to stop the card in ****. I received an email in May of **** staring that they have been taking funds from my account every month since I called it in. Thats over $***. I then called customer service back and they told me to send my credentials. I did so * times and I still can't get my money back. How many times do I have to keep sending my information before this matter is resolved. They had no right to Starr taking money from my account after I called to have the card stopped in ****. Can someone in AMERICA please help me get this problem resolved. My name is Stephanie Lightner and my number is **********. Thank you. All I want them to do is to send me my card back and reimburse the unauthorized funds that they took from me.
