told the item has been delivered but a card was put through the door on the ** ***** its ticked on the front taken back because it was to big to be put through door.i never recieved it as i was in work .its also tracked.the gentleman who a woman spoke to at the wrexham branch says he delivered it.well i know i,m ** but not stupid,why put the card through door plus who did he give it too.i had no other parcels that day. .not happy at all,plus i have a customer ref no *-*************.tried ringing no answer all day.
