I used your Royal Mail service to send an iPhone ** Pro to 'Brightstar' trade-in as part of my EE phone upgrade. The iPhone ** Pro was packaged securely in the pre-paid Royal Mail box that I was provided, and was handed over by myself to a member of your team at Stevenage Post Office on the *********. Your staff member gave me a proof of posting for the item (please see attached image) with the postcode of where the device was being sent to. **However, 'Brightstar' trade-in company has told me that they never received the device, and so EE have instructed me to contact you with regards to finding where the package has gone.* *Please could you trace the journey of the package and inform me of where the iPhone ** Pro has ended up.
