I have applied for casual Christmas employment at Royal Mail, Inverness. On Mon ** Oct I took my requested documents to a post office for verification and received a receipt. Since then I have received two emails reminding me to take my documents to post office! I have e mailed twice advising that I have done this but am concerned that I'm getting nowhere and that my application will be discarded. Can you help or provide me with contact details for someone who can help? I have been holding for ** minutes so far on ***********.*Thank you*Dianne Fryer*HR********
