Check all folders in your email attached to your account for tracking orders. They usually have the tracking information there. If not, log into your account on the company’s website and look under your previous orders there.

I've checked its progress, but according to the Track and Trace web page, it has yet to leave England* "We have your item at Southampton MC and it's on its way."**Now, I realise that this Covid-** is causing all sorts of problems, but I'm surprised my package hasn't left the country yet.**I'd be grateful of any information you can provide.**Regards,*Charles Dorsen
