I would like to speak to a human but after various ways it seems you would rather not help with customers problems !!!!*** package sent to Canada on ********** with tracked and signed - Tracking number RN*********GB. Customer has said he has not received it.*Your tracking site said it left UK on ********** and was handed to delivery partner. My customer is very angry at the time it is taking for it to be delivered.*Also another package sent with the above on the same day and to Canada as well has also not arrived to the customer. Tracking RN*********GB and again same info on the tracking number.*I am afraid my confidence in Royal Mail is at rock bottom . If I run my company I would loose customers very quickly.**This is not good for my business and is not a good
