I returned an item to I Saw It First, but I have misplaced the receipt. However, I have another receipt from a different item I returned at the same time. Could you provide proof of that return instead? The date was 13/09/19, and I used the Perth Post Office with the postcode PH1 5JT. The reference number for the other return was [redacted]-41B4-044B-B1FA. If possible, could I receive a receipt for every item I posted that day? I am unsure of the address I used for the specific parcel I need the receipt for. Thank you.

This is my second message since the first one was not addressed as I had hoped. I am seeking an update regarding the status of our undelivered post, which was returned to the National Returns Center on September 19th. I would like to clarify if the post will be attempted for delivery to the recipient once more or if it will be sent back to the sender. Despite having paid for a service ensuring the item is signed for by the recipient, no information has been provided on the next steps for the item apart from its forwarding. Kindly inform me regarding the next course of action for our item labeled KS[redacted]87GB.

I missed the initial delivery attempt on October 8th, rescheduled it for today, October 10th, and have been waiting all day for it. I've been on hold for hours trying to get information on the delivery time. The reference number is JS[redacted]49GB. The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. I'm inquiring about my package with tracking number RD[redacted]70GB that was dispatched from Boohoo last Thursday, October 3. I urgently need the clothes for an event this Saturday and the delivery window is within 7 business days. My concern is that my package was recently in Flushing, USA, only a short distance away from my location, but then it was redirected to Rhode Island. This change of location is perplexing, especially considering how close it was initially. If the package doesn't arrive by early tomorrow, I risk missing out on my event, as my school's mail room closes soon and won't reopen until Monday. My son celebrated his 11th birthday on Friday, 11th October. Both my sister and my mom sent him cards from different parts of the country, but they didn't arrive. Strangely, another card that was sent with the one from my mom did arrive, but it didn't have any money inside. The missing one did have money in it. It's disheartening to think that someone might have targeted our mail to steal money meant for a child's birthday. We hoped maybe there was a delay, but my son is really upset about not getting these cards from his loved ones on his special day. It's hard to trust the postal service now, maybe we'll have to consider sending cards in plain envelopes in the future.

I submitted a MoneyGram transaction on 5/10/19, which was canceled within 15 minutes. It has been 14 days, which is 10 working days, and I am still awaiting my refund of £[redacted]. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance from the post office. I used my debit card, and the money was deducted immediately. The post office employee assured me I would receive the refund in 3-5 working days. However, it has been 10 working days now. I have attempted to contact the post office through all the numbers listed on the website, but they are either automated or invalid. I just want my money back in my account, an explanation for the delay, and confirmation that MoneyGram reimbursed the post office promptly. Thank you, Karen A.

On July 18th, [redacted] at 2:43 PM, I submitted my ID for my provisional license. It was acknowledged by the DVLA on July 19th at 6:40 AM. After contacting the DVLA and speaking with Lucy, she informed me that it was sent to my address at 21 Cavendish Road, Edgbaston B16 0HY on July 23rd. However, I did not receive it. I am displeased with this situation and request assistance to track down my provisional license or have it resent. I would like written confirmation of where it was sent. My tracking number is WM[redacted]85GB. If this matter is not resolved, I will escalate it to the manager or take legal action.

I recently ordered a wedding outfit from the UK, totaling GBP [redacted] including postage. The item was shipped via Royal Mail to my address in Spain. I recently received a notification from Royal Mail Sorting Office in Skelmersdale regarding an item requiring £2.00 in excess postage. Despite promptly mailing the payment to Parbold Post Office last week as instructed, the item has yet to be delivered as promised within 48 hours. After contacting both Skelmersdale Sorting Office and Parbold Post Office, it seems there is a discrepancy as the card and reference number are missing. I have been informed that the parcel is in the 'Belfast' depot, which is puzzling as it was initially destined for a UK mainland address. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided, as it has caused me significant inconvenience. I am hesitant to call the suggested telephone number due to potential costs and lengthy wait times. I recently purchased two parcels from Abdallah Haddad, one containing hats on September 14, [redacted], and the other containing clothing on September 18, [redacted]. The packages were shipped from the United Kingdom to the United States via Royal Air Mail. The email address I have for the sender is [redacted] The packages were supposed to be delivered to a forwarding company named ezone at [redacted] NW 74th Ave, Miami, FL 33[redacted], USA. The first package of hats was successfully delivered, but the second package of clothing never arrived. Despite the seller providing a tracking number (02-[redacted]6) that doesn't seem to track anything, they claim it was delivered. I tried to make a claim with the forwarding company, ezone, but they requested proof of delivery which I don't possess. The seller mentioned the second package was marked as delivered on October 9, [redacted]. I am requesting assistance in determining the status of the missing package and obtaining proof of delivery, such as a screenshot or email confirmation. I need to file a complaint about my mail delivery today. The mail was left at my neighbor's house without any notice or attempt to deliver it directly to me. These items were valuable orders that I had been expecting. This is the second time this has occurred in 7 years, with a previous incident of a package being left in the hedge. I am frustrated with the lack of proper service and care from the post person responsible for this delivery. I am eager to receive a full explanation for this oversight. Thankfully, there is CCTV footage available that covers both my property and my neighbor's.
