On **th October I sent a parcel tracked and signed for to an address in Portugal. The tracking no. is RN*********GB the recipient contacted me to say that the parcel (using GLS once it arrived in Portugal) had not arrived. I've managed to track the parcel's movements and it appears to be back in the UK. I'm not sure if It's with GLS or Royal Mail but am keen to get hold of it so I can resend.Please can you help?
