Dear Royal Mail,**I sent a package today by Royal Mail special delivery. The buyer of the Cartier Love bracelet has not paid for the item. They told me that as soon as I have the tracking they would transfer the money into my account which they havent done.**I went back to the post office to try and get the package back but as I have already paid and handed over the package it is 'property of Royal Mail'.
