Tracking Number: LX[redacted]68US I made a purchase from Kylie Cosmetics on October 31, [redacted], but I have yet to receive my order. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, I decided to track my order using the provided tracking number from the email I received. The USPS website indicated that my item was in transit but held due to payment charges. Unfortunately, I was unable to find any contact information or further options. I spent days searching online for a solution to no avail. Ultimately, I discovered advice from someone in a similar situation recommending I track my order with Royal Mail. Upon doing so with the same tracking number, I learned that my parcel had been returned to the sender without notification. This lack of communication has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. I invested my hard-earned money in these items, and the entire experience has been distressing. I left Royal Mail on 02/01/[redacted] after giving my two weeks' notice, which was approved by my former D.O.M at Gravesend Sorting Office. Unfortunately, the new D.O.M, John Hall, mistakenly marked me as AWL. After efforts made by Adrian Brett and Mark Clutterbuck two years ago, my name was cleared, and I was informed by RM that I could apply for jobs. Recently, when trying to return to RM through Manpower for HGV2 work in Rochester, I was informed that there was still a debarment on my name in HR from two years ago, causing me to fail stage 1. I request a prompt resolution to this matter. Dear Royal Mail, I regret to inform you that we mistakenly posted our Christmas cards without addresses or stamps. Approximately 15 cards were deposited at the Bridgwater Sorting Office on Friarn Street on 12/12 at 10:00 a.m. Despite our efforts to reach the local office on the same day, we were informed that the post had already moved to Bristol and was bound for Belfast for sorting. I kindly request urgent assistance from Royal Mail to redirect the cards back to Bridgwater, Somerset, where we can collect them. I called customer service twice today and stayed on hold for nearly 45 minutes each time. I received a plastic envelope from the postman with a delivery note for a parcel that never arrived. There was no explanation given for the missing parcel. The wait time on the phone is unacceptable, and I had to hang up before incurring charges from my phone provider. I need Royal Mail to provide evidence of the non-delivered and likely damaged item (4 glass jars) so I can get a replacement from the supplier. If the supplier does not issue a refund, I expect Royal Mail to cover my expenses.

Hello! I reached out to you via email last week regarding a package I was anticipating from the UK to Greece. The original tracking number was RN[redacted]75GB, dispatched on 27/11/18. Unfortunately, Royal Mail informed me that it may be lost. Subsequently, the seller shipped a replacement item with a new tracking number, RN[redacted]45GB, on 11/12/18 through Royal Mail. Shortly after, I received an email from Parcel Monkey with a new reference number, CK[redacted]60GB. However, tracking indicates that the parcel is not available. Parcel Force claims the package is handled by Royal Mail, contradicting the email they sent. I am reaching out once more to seek clarification on the situation. Could you please provide guidance? I contacted Royal Mail about two parcels I shipped to Japan on December 7th, but they vanished from tracking after December 8th. I waited 12 minutes on hold before speaking to Jay, who only rechecked the parcels' status and mentioned a claims process if they're not delivered by January 14th. I was upset because I sought information about the parcels' location, not compensation details. The parcels hold Christmas gifts for my family, and Jay's lack of empathy made me feel disregarded. Hello, I am reaching out regarding my parcel with tracking number RN[redacted]11GB that was returned to me after not being delivered to Germany due to an "incorrect address" issue. Today, the postman delivered a parcel to my address and asked if I could take it for number 13 next door. Since I don't have a good relationship with my neighbors, I declined. When I went to close my door, I noticed that the postman had left the gate wide open despite the sign requesting it to be closed. This was a safety concern as I have two dogs that could have wandered onto the road. I have made multiple complaints in the past about similar issues, but it seems like no action has been taken. When I confronted the postman as he was leaving, he didn't apologize and just drove off. I am frustrated with this situation and would like to know what steps will be taken to address this matter. I have tried calling the customer service line three times today, but each time I was placed on hold for half an hour without a response. I expect better service and accountability.

I've been attempting to reach the general inquiry line for a few days now. Unfortunately, I've consistently been placed on hold without my calls ever being answered. Today alone, I was on hold for a whopping 38 minutes before giving up, considering the costs incurred during these non-free calls. Previous attempts also had me waiting for 32 minutes. This unacceptable waiting time for a general inquiry prompt needs urgent attention. I'm seeking reassurance on the actions being taken regarding this issue and hoping for a partial reimbursement for the call costs. Regarding a package ordered from Russia, tracking shows it's been at GBLALA in England since December 20th. Despite contacting the seller, they directed me to the British postal service, indicating it might be Royal Mail due to not being sent by a courier service. The tracking number provided is RO[redacted]45RU. However, online tracking only displays that it's been "on its way" since December 21st. I'm concerned about this delay and would appreciate a prompt investigation and response. I eagerly anticipate your prompt reply to these urgent matters that need addressing.

I have applied four times in less than 6 months for the job of "Postman/Postwoman with Driving" at Garstang, Lancashire delivery office. Each time, I had to complete mandatory tests that take a reasonable amount of time. However, I have received emails from Royal Mail three times saying the vacancy was withdrawn with no explanation. I used to work as an ex-Snr. Engineer for a Local Authority, but due to cuts, I had to take redundancy. I am eager to work and specifically interested in a local postman job, which I think would suit someone friendly who enjoys the outdoors. It's frustrating to repeatedly apply for the same role at the same office, only to be told the vacancy is withdrawn. I don't understand why the post is reposted and then withdrawn each time I apply. I would appreciate an explanation about what is happening with the vacancy as I'm unsure if reapplying in the future is worth it.

I sold an item on eBay, and the buyer chose to pick it up from their local Argos store. Typically, my Paypal account gets charged for postage, but when I went to my local post office in Nailsea, Bristol, they requested payment for the postage. Since I only make a small profit from this sale, I hesitated to pay again. I wonder if Royal Mail has altered its process with eBay, disallowing Paypal payments. This situation is confusing, especially since previous sales where the buyer collects from Argos were smooth when I used local postage instead of eBay's service.

I misplaced an IMPORTANT letter which I posted on 11th February, containing my UK PASSPORT and a 'Utility Warehouse' bill. The letter was sent to Milligan/Grahanm, Elliot and Company Solicitors in Perth. Despite inquiries and assurances from the local postman and postmistress, the letter has not arrived. I am concerned about the potential of identity fraud. Is there any hope of it being found? The local mail route to Perth adds to my worry. Elliot and Co. confirmed it hadn't reached them and suggested contacting customer services. If it remains lost, should I involve the police to prevent any fraudulent use of my documents?

I have been experiencing repeated issues with CDs I ordered online being lost or stolen in the mail. Over the past six months, three consecutive items have been delayed or gone missing. I suspect the problem might be at the Chester delivery office. The first CD, ordered in October from Nottingham, never arrived, resulting in a refund. The second CD, purchased in December from Preston, took 12 days to arrive. The most recent CD, ordered on March 4th from Manchester, has not arrived as of March 9th. It is frustrating that it takes over 5 days for a package to travel just 35 miles. If the latest CD does not show up by March 11th, I fear it has also been lost. The telephone customer service wait times are unacceptable and seem to be getting longer with each call. I hope for better service to match the price increases.

I recently received a notice about paying customs charges for a package from the USA. I made the payment online, but the package has not been delivered yet. A worker from the Royal Mail sorting office called me from a private number, explaining that they have my package but are unsure of the delivery address due to a discrepancy between my billing and delivery addresses.
