Hello, I am eagerly anticipating a package with tracking number LL[redacted]74CN. The parcel is destined for me at the following address: Juan Serra, Goodboy Digital, Unit B1, Matchmakers Wharf, Homerton Road, London E9 5FF. Despite a delivery attempt on Saturday, March 23, where no one was present to receive the package, I did not receive the 'something for you' red card as mentioned in the tracking details. I'm a bit perplexed as deliveries to this business address usually get rescheduled to Mondays automatically. I've made two unsuccessful attempts to reschedule the delivery. Initially, I tried for a Tuesday, March 26 redelivery, confirmed via email with reference number 3-[redacted][redacted], which never came to fruition. Subsequently, I endeavored to arrange another redelivery for Thursday, March 28, receiving an email confirmation with reference number 3-[redacted][redacted], though I fear it may not arrive. I haven't been able to reach customer service at [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] with lengthy hold times. This situation is causing me significant stress, and I urgently need the item tomorrow. Your guidance on ensuring a successful delivery on Thursday, March 28, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I need assistance with two undelivered parcels from Royal Mail. On March 23, [redacted], I was expecting a delivery tracked under reference BM[redacted]33GB, allegedly signed by "Joan." Similarly, on March 28, the item with tracking number QJ[redacted]25GB, was signed by "John Bain." Both show as delivered, but I have not received them. The situation is causing me stress and concern as the signatures do not belong to me. I have contacted Royal Mail, and they provided a reference number: 1-[redacted]. Being home alone, incidents like this make me anxious. Your prompt attention is appreciated.

I paid £11.85 to send a registered tracked parcel to Spain at 10:40 a.m. on 3 April with the assurance that it would arrive within the allowed time for the return of the parcel. However, I have just discovered that after 5 days, it has still not left the UK! I do not want to risk losing the return credit due to Royal Mail's delay. Could you please explain why it is taking so long? It seems like it would have been quicker to send it by horse and carriage. Also, I have been waiting on the phone for 21 minutes now without any response. This level of service is not acceptable. Please, at the very least, provide a reply to this message.

Hello, On Saturday, April 6th, I sent an item through special delivery at the North End branch in Portsmouth. The staff assured me it would reach its destination by 1:30 p.m. on Monday, April 8th. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive as promised. Today, when I checked the tracking information, it only mentioned that the item is being prepared. I am now feeling extremely anxious about the status of my package. I have been trying to reach your customer service line at [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], but after waiting for 10 minutes, I am still unable to speak with a representative. Could you please provide me with an update on the whereabouts of my item at your earliest convenience? Thank you, Mrs. M. Livingstone P.S. The reference number for my item is: JS[redacted]83GB.

On March 29, [redacted], I sent a tracked parcel to the USA with tracking reference LB[redacted]37GB for £17.80. The online tracking showed the parcel in Norcross, Georgia, ready for delivery on April 3, [redacted], at 06:53. Since then, I haven't received any updates, and the recipient hasn't received the parcel. When contacting Royal Mail, the automated service says the parcel is ready to leave the UK, which is incorrect. Can anyone assist me with this? Thank you. - Daniela K.

I sent a special delivery package last Saturday. I was informed it would arrive yesterday, Monday, April 8th, but it has not arrived yet. I am concerned about the whereabouts of the package. Has it been lost? The tracking number is JS[redacted]83GB. I have attempted to track it, but there have been no new updates since last Saturday. I would appreciate guidance on the next steps to determine the status of my package. Thank you, M. Livingstone

Hello, I sent a letter via 'special delivery' on Thursday, April 11th, with the expectation it would be received by 1 pm on April 12th. Unfortunately, the letter was mistakenly sent to the wrong sorting office. Subsequently, when delivery was attempted the following day, the recipient was unavailable. The letter is now back at the delivery office. I am unsure if a card will be left for the recipient to arrange redelivery or pickup from the post office, or if I need to take action. I paid £6.60 for this Next Day Guaranteed Delivery service to ensure prompt receipt, but due to the issue with the sorting office, I am uncertain when the recipient will be available next week. The details for the letter are as follows: Sent from Stanway PO, 277a London Road Stanway CO3 8LU Posted on 11/04/19 at 16:07 Reference Number: JS[redacted]83GB Addressed to: Primrose Cottage NR21 0NJ

A few weeks ago, I found a non-delivery notice in my mailbox, but it had the wrong name on it. I posted it on the notice board for our apartments. Today, another notice with the incorrect name arrived, stating a parcel is awaiting pickup at Darwin Rd Post Office. I am confused about whether the address is correct but the name is wrong, or vice versa. The tracking number is unclear, resembling (ht, kt, or nt) [redacted]. I tried calling twice today, waiting for half an hour the first time and 20 minutes the second time before hanging up. Seeking advice on how to proceed.

I have faced consistent mail delivery issues from Royal Mail at my address. Despite claims by a company about sending me letters, they were never received. The problem dates back to October [redacted], with the most recent issue in March this year. After 6th August [redacted], I should have received my driving licence through Royal Mail, which never arrived, leading me to contact the DVLA for a replacement. I reside in a new build property where the house numbering skips from 7 to 9 due to the absence of number 8, causing confusion for mail and parcel deliveries. Mail has even been wrongly delivered to a neighboring empty house in the past. This recurring problem has caused me to miss important communication, including notifications from bailiffs regarding unknown debts. I am seeking proof of these mail delivery issues to dispute the validity of the debt claims.

I was informed that the expected wait time for phone assistance would be approximately 3 minutes. However, despite understanding that delays can occur, I have been waiting for a response for 40 minutes. I initially called at 11:45, waited until 12:45, tried again at 12:55, and am currently still on hold for 15 minutes. This occurred on the 23rd of April [redacted]. My inquiry pertains to a missing parcel, which the seller claims was unsuccessfully delivered. As a full-time caregiver rarely leaving home, my trusted postman affirms no delivery attempts were made, as he knows my routine. The missing parcel was supposedly sent via second class mail, not requiring a signature. I am reachable at 01[redacted]76, though I am struggling to connect with your customer service. It is perplexing how the sender indicated an attempted delivery when my regular postman denies any such action, having not taken any time off recently.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Kudakwashe Makoni from Zimbabwe. On April 10, [redacted], I sent a package from Naric through your service with reference number RV[redacted]25GB. The package was meant to be delivered to [redacted] Nketa 7 PO Nkulumane Bulawayo Zimbabwe Africa. Despite several attempts to track my package since April 14, [redacted], it has not arrived. These are crucial documents that I urgently need. My local post office informed me that the package is still in the UK. The expected delivery time of 5-7 days has passed. I urgently require these documents and seek your assistance. If there is a faster option to obtain them, please advise me as soon as possible. My future hinges on receiving this important document. Best regards, Kudakwashe Makoni

Hello, I placed an order on May 3rd for £27.90 which included seven £3.45 Machin stamps and one £1.65 Machin stamp. It has been a week now, and I have not received any updates regarding the shipment of my order. I have had positive experiences with Royal Mail in the past and this delay is unusual for me. Kindly expedite the shipping of my order or provide a refund. Thank you. Amber W.

Dear Royal Mail Customer Service, I am writing regarding an issue with an eBay item. The tracking number VE[redacted]18GB shows that the item was not delivered to my correct address (16 Amner Road, London SW11 6AA) but was sent to the Tooting delivery office. I need proof that the item was not delivered to my address and that it was returned to the sender. eBay requires this information by tomorrow for me to appeal their case against the seller. I contacted Royal Mail in April and was told I would receive a letter and email regarding this matter, however, I have not received them yet. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yesterday, I was involved in a minor accident at the SPAR filling station located at 2 Queen St, Enniskillen BT74 7JR, UK around 2pm. While trying to exit the car park and make a right turn, another vehicle abruptly blocked my path, causing me to reverse slowly and accidentally bump into a royal mail van behind me. The van suffered minor scrapes near the front bumper. I provided my details and insurance policy number to the van driver, who mentioned the damage might not warrant repairs. I am willing to cover the repair costs if the royal mail van needs fixing, and I am curious if they could provide an estimate before proceeding. If the damage is not substantial, I prefer to settle it directly rather than involving the insurance. I would appreciate any guidance on how to initiate this process. Thank you, Craig B.

Tracking number VC[redacted]35GB shows attempted delivery and then delivered, but I haven't received the parcel. I contacted Royal Mail, spoke to Matthew, who said the parcel had the wrong name and address. He advised contacting the sender. The Track Assistant said the postcode doesn't exist, but the Postcode Finder shows the address. Royal Mail needs improvement and more staff to handle queries; waiting an hour on the phone is unacceptable.

I sent my letter via international signed for on 15/5, and it departed the UK on 16/5. There have been no updates since then. I usually track it through the destination country's website, which is PHILIPPINES. I contacted PHLPOST, but they couldn't find any record of it in their system. They suggested I find out which carrier my parcel was handed to. Another parcel going to the same destination arrived on 22/5. Where is my letter? No one seems to have any information. I just want to know the carrier's name that my letter was handed to. I have not received any help in locating it. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I recently spoke with an adviser regarding a delivery that was scheduled to arrive today, but it had not shown up. After some follow-up, the tracking information indicated that the package had been delivered. Subsequently, I reached out to Royal Mail to address this issue, and they mentioned that they would investigate. Surprisingly, a neighbor just returned the package to me around 6pm. Unfortunately, there was no notification left at my door, and nobody knocked, causing confusion as I was home all day eagerly waiting for the delivery. Regrettably, I had to cancel some appointments to accommodate the delivery. I just wanted to inform you that I have now received the package. Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to address the recent change in newspaper delivery services provided by the Royal Mail in our rural area. For years, the postman has delivered our newspaper along with our daily mail, a service we have been content with due to its ease of payment via vouchers. As residents in a remote rural location, alternative delivery services are scarce, and collecting the paper ourselves poses challenges due to our age and disabilities. We understand the financial struggles faced by local post offices and how supplementing their income through newspaper deliveries can help sustain their operations. However, we are now surprised to learn that Royal Mail staff are no longer responsible for newspaper deliveries. We seek clarification on this matter, including details on the ruling, its origin, timeline, reasons behind it, possible alternatives for newspaper delivery in rural areas, and the process for appealing this decision. Additionally, our attempts to reach you by phone have been unfruitful, with long waiting times and no clear information on our place in the queue. We kindly request a prompt response to our inquiries. Best regards, Mr and Mrs J. R. Guillebaud

I purchased T-shirts from a seller on eBay on May 11, [redacted]. The estimated delivery was May 14-15. By May 17, I hadn't received the items or a missed delivery card. I contacted the seller about the lost package. The seller shared a tracking link showing delivery, but the address was not specified. Despite several attempts, the seller ignored my messages. Upon checking with Royal Mail, they advised the sender must contact them to start an investigation. Sadly, the seller's lack of response has left me with lost money, a missing package, and no course of action. It's frustrating that resolving this issue is now time-consuming and complicated. Regards, M.Z.

My package delivery was attempted on 06/22/[redacted] at 6:59 am. Despite being home with my household, the Royal Mail website states it was delivered. When checking the Boohoo app, I discovered my default address was missing some information that I had previously updated three times. The carrier's signature for delivery shows a large "S" instead of my name, Najee, which matches the package. It's suspicious as no company delivers before 6 am. Progress indicates delivery, but I received an email saying it failed. I'm confused. Was it actually delivered or is it at a post office in Jacksonville, FL? I urgently need my items as I will be away next week. Ordered on June 5th, I paid for 5-7 business day delivery. This is my first order through Boohoo, using Afterpay. I have a payment due and need clarity on my package's whereabouts. If I can't retrieve my items, should Boohoo or Afterpay be contacted for a refund? Prefer to pick up my order at the post office if it's still in the US.
