HI, I PURCHASED A SOFA & RECLINER FROM YOU ALL IN NOVEMBER ****. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED UNTIL JANUARY **TH, ****. FROM THE TIME WE GOT IT THE ARMS RATTLED AND MOVED. WE FINALLY CALLED FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO COME OUT BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC UNTIL MAY **TH. WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT PUT TOGETHER PROPERLY. SCREWS WERE MISSING ON THE RECLINER & THEY HAD TO ORDER THEM. HE HAD TO FIX THE ARMS ON MY SOFA PROPERLY. HE HAD TO ORDER SCREWS FOR THE RECLINER. THAT MEANT THAT HE HAD TO COME OUT TWICE. IT IS A PANDEMIC. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE HIM TO COME OUT * TIMES TO FIX A PROBLEM THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED AT TIME OF DELIVERY. THE FURNITURE IS GREAT. I LOVE THE FURNITURE, JUST SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED PROPERLY AT DELIVERY. I THINK WE SHOULD GET SOMETHING TAKEN OFF OUR BILL FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS AND HAVING SOMEONE COME IN TWICE IN A PANDEMIC IS SCARY. I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER. THANKS BARBARA SANDS
