I returned items, but haven't received the credit due to missing confirmation to place a new order for a bedroom set. My account with Synchrony has the wrong balance, and I'm left sleeping on the floor due to lack of communication. I need my accounts updated correctly with the right balance and order details. Rooms To Go and Synchrony have provided the worst experience, and it's been exhausting spending over 16 hours trying to get help. On the 26th of February [redacted], I made a full payment of $3,[redacted].64 for a full-size bunk bed with a trundle, mattresses, slats, bunkie boards, steps, a dresser, and a gaming chair (order [redacted]9 from store [redacted]). The delivery to my son's home in Leakey, TX was scheduled for Wednesday the 3rd of March. However, upon delivery, some items were missing, including slats, 1 mattress, trundle, and the chair. Moreover, the measurements provided during the purchase were incorrect, causing the furniture not to fit the room properly. Following several unsuccessful attempts to rectify the situation, I am still waiting for the complete order to be delivered, now three weeks later. The lack of communication and errors in the delivery process have been frustrating. I am seeking a refund and a resolution to this ongoing issue promptly.

I received my delivery yesterday, but the end tables were missing. I have been trying to contact customer service with no luck as they do not return calls or answer while on hold. I have patiently waited since December for this delivery and really need those tables. The delivery guys seemed unfamiliar with the furniture; initially, they assembled the cocktail table incorrectly and left behind some extra parts. Unfortunately, these extra parts seem to be the legs for the end tables. I hope the glass tops weren't mistakenly thrown away and might be in the same box as the cocktail table top. Additionally, the wrong bases were attached to the cocktail table legs, which actually belong to the end tables. Please let me know when I can expect to receive the correct parts for the tables.

I am pleased with my purchase, EXCEPT for the ottoman, which arrived soiled and spotted, necessitating a replacement.
I contacted Rooms to Go about this issue and informed the delivery team. However, I have not received any email or follow-up regarding the replacement ottoman delivery. Despite multiple attempts to call, I only reach a recording, which is challenging due to my work schedule. With the next two days off, I am eager to have this matter resolved.
As it is now March 18th, I am becoming anxious. I am requesting a new, clean ottoman as a replacement. Please address this promptly.

In December [redacted], I bought the dining set and a leather reclining sofa, which needed fixing due to scrapes. Despite two visits from the service tech, issues remained. By March, the dining chairs developed yellow stains, leading to two more service tech visits. Discovering the set was discontinued, I paid an extra $[redacted] for a new one under warranty. I also purchased a new bedroom set. The delayed delivery on March 15th revealed the dresser had dents and missing stain marks, while the side drawer was poorly assembled. A service appointment is set for March 22nd to address the issues. I have experienced long phone wait times and inconveniences like receiving a delivery call 5 minutes before the scheduled time. The quality and service level have noticeably declined. I hope there won't be further issues with my recent purchase leading to another discontinued item and additional expenses.

I received a lamp with marks on the shade that need replacing. Despite multiple calls, I haven't been able to reach anyone as my salesperson no longer works there. I have attempted to contact Customer Care multiple times, enduring long hold times with no success. In February [redacted], I purchased a Windmere Therapeutic Queen mattress for $[redacted].00 from Rooms to Go in Fayetteville, NC, with a promotion for a free box spring or platform. The receipt only displays the total amount without a breakdown for the mattress or platform. Unfortunately, the mattress developed a significant defect, sagging in the center, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. After inspection, they approved an exchange but only offered a credit of $[redacted].00 due to the platform purchase. This differs from what I expected based on the receipt. When selecting a replacement mattress at a different location, I was surprised by additional charges for delivery and restocking fees totaling $[redacted].00. I feel frustrated and dissatisfied with Rooms to Go's handling of the situation and believe I should receive the full credit for the initial purchase. I received the delivery on May 11th, but unfortunately, the sofa legs are not properly fixed and have an issue. The delivery person has assured me of an exchange, but I was instructed to contact customer service. I have been trying to reach them for two days without success, which is very disappointing.
This whole situation has been frustrating considering the original delivery scheduled in April was missed due to a short wait time and some confusion at the apartment. Now, after waiting for a month, I have received a faulty product and cannot get any assistance from your customer service.

I bought a low-quality couch that broke under extremely light use within 2 months. The customer service response time has been extremely poor, taking over 3 weeks each time. I have a progressing motor skills disability and attempted to contact them multiple times within the warranty period, but phone service is not always available as I work full-time. The equity and inclusion at Rooms to Go are extremely lacking. I highly caution other disabled individuals from attempting to do business with them.

I am writing to seek assistance regarding a recent purchase made at Rooms to Go. Approximately five months ago, we purchased a full bedroom set from your store, paid in full, and had it delivered on July 20, [redacted]. However, upon delivery, we encountered multiple issues. The left door of the dresser with the mirror would not latch, although the other furniture was fine. Additionally, the bed could not be fully assembled due to incorrect legs for the headboard. Despite assurances from the delivery team that we would receive a call within 30 minutes, we never heard back. Subsequent attempts to address the problem with the Murfreesboro TN store have been unhelpful, with promises of resolution within 24 hours going unfulfilled even after three days. Today, I received the sofa and chair and a half I purchased. They are both lovely, but unfortunately, the chair is too large for my room. I've been trying to arrange a return since delivery, but have had no luck getting through on the phone. I still like the sofa and would like to keep it but need assistance with returning the chair. I have been requesting a replacement for my couch for months now. After an assessment, we were deemed eligible for a replacement due to its condition. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I have not received any response. Finally, a large box was delivered with a metal piece, which does not address the issues with the couch. The contract clearly states that a replacement should include installation, which has not been fulfilled. Additionally, there are stains that are covered under the warranty, which is expiring soon. I am hoping for a prompt resolution and request for someone to address these concerns as soon as possible. Thank you.

I purchased a sofa a few weeks ago, and it has been paid for. Today, the delivery was scheduled between 10-2. However, due to a family emergency in the morning, I had to rush to Chattanooga as a friend was taken off a ventilator. Although I am back home now within the delivery time range, Rooms to Go is refusing to deliver the sofa today, claiming they do not backtrack once they have gone farther. They have deliveries scheduled throughout the day. My sofa is currently on the truck, and I want it delivered as planned today. If this issue is not addressed, I will contact the BBB and Rooms to Go's corporate office on Monday.

I bought a bedroom set during the Labor Day Sale. The bed frame arrived 2 weeks later, but the rest of the pieces were delivered on Oct 22nd. Unfortunately, the dresser was the wrong color, and after notifying RTG, I was informed a replacement would come on Dec 1. Despite my husband being told of a new delivery date of Dec 5 and expecting a call on Dec 4, we did not receive any communication, and the dresser has not arrived as of Dec 5. I am frustrated with this situation, especially since the current dresser is defective. I am eager to speak with someone from RTG promptly.

I bought furniture from Rooms To Go in Fort Myers, FL, in September [redacted]. Recently, I lost bolts for my King Size Headboard (Sku # [redacted]6), Footboard with an attached leather storage bench (Sku # [redacted]5), and Rails ([redacted]5) after moving. I contacted Customer Service on December 16, [redacted], for help. However, the experience was frustrating:
- I was passed between Customer Service and the Fort Myers store without a resolution.
- Despite trying to speak with a manager, I was given generic advice to purchase a "Metric Set."
- The store manager was unhelpful and dismissed my request.
- Eventually, a helpful Customer Service representative, Nadine Meenahan, provided the needed information and assistance professionally.
I believe that good customer service is vital for customer satisfaction and loyalty. I hope for a positive resolution from the corporate office to regain my trust and future business.

I recently purchased 2 recliners in November, and unfortunately, one has already stopped functioning. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service and corporate, the earliest a technician can come out is February 24th, which is unacceptable. I need a resolution sooner as I cannot go 3 weeks without using this chair. I paid nearly $[redacted] for the recliner, which is not even 3 months old. I demand immediate assistance - either send someone tomorrow to fix the chair, replace it with a new one, or arrange a refund.

I contacted Rooms To Go on July 15, [redacted], regarding my delivery date issue. I was promised a callback from a sales representative, which I never received. When I tried to change my delivery date from August 6, [redacted], I encountered difficulties. I am disappointed with my experience with Rooms To Go and regret using them for this important furniture purchase. My customer number is [redacted]4. I ordered a sofa and loveseat with a specified delivery date different from August 6. The living room furniture was supposed to arrive last Saturday for my upcoming guests, but it did not. After spending hours online selecting the right items, delivery date, and pricing, I am left with no furniture as expected. Despite the website showing a July 16 delivery date for the living room furniture, it was not available, and I was not contacted about it. I attempted to change the date online and sought help via chat, which directed me back to the showroom. I placed an order for furniture on December 29th, [redacted]. The delivery had some damaged items, and we have been facing multiple issues with replacing damaged pieces ever since.
