We've been having trouble with our Tv, so I thought if we had Roku we would be able to watch something, but I changed my mind & now Roku won't let me out of the set-up so I could go back to my Tv. This is the third or fourth time I'm typing this to get an answer from your support team & not getting any help. You aren't taking any calls but I'm not receiving help online either. I have a cable technician coming to look at my Tv tomorrow & I don't think he'll be able to help me if I can't get out of the Roku set-up page. Please, please help! Thank you.
