Due to failing health I have taken over paying my father's bills. My name is Brian Townson my father's name is Gary Townson. Approximately one year ago he bought a new TV and in setting up the TV registered for a Roku account with his credit card. He does not use Roku and on July **th of this year received the charge for $**.** on his credit card. He does not remember how to get into his account he does not remember how to get into his emails. I tried disputing the charge through the credit card but that did not work. Due to the unavailability to talk to anyone in your customer service department I need your advice on how to discontinue his Roku subscription and refund the $**.**
