SET A NEW PASSWORD.....IT KEEPS SENDING ME THE SAME "RESET YOUR PASSWORD." I CANNOT, IT CONTINUES TO GIVE ME THE SAME DARN MESSAGE, "RESET YOUR PASSWORD." I HAVE TRIED AND TRIED AND TRIED. ... I have an account..old...can't log in. Please cancel that account so that I can enter a new one with the same name, address, etc......all because I cannot get into my previous account info.*please email me and let me know what's happening.
