I was looking for a new channel and hit this one by mistake ... On Thanksgiving Day I mistakenly subscribed to Flosports, a channel which at age ** I'd never watch. When I tried to sign for monthly charge the billing automatically went to yearly. I've cancelled this with PayPal and trust I can cancel with Roku. If necessary I'll be happy to pay for one month, but certainly cannot afford to pay for a full year of sports. I live alone and this channel will not be used. I'm grateful for your help.
This was especially frustrating because I tried to "escape" but could not so was wiling to sign up for a month with option to cancel. Site automatically went to a year.
I'm willing to pay for a month to resolve the issue, but want the subscription cancelled right away. An error is an error and does not deserve a $*** penalty.
Not sure how long I've been a customer, but do know its been a long time and a trouble free one.
I've tried all the online customer support sites without any success. I've tried the phone number and online site address given to me by PayPal. Have cancelled the billing with PayPal.
