The issue in GetHuman-lmolenaa's own words
I can access all of my channels, however in the midst of the program I am watching it automatically returns to the Roku home page. I then have to reenter all the information to view the end of my show. I believe I have a roku Ultra* it has Roku * labeled on it. I have tried all of the channels I am able to receive, including the Roku Channel and this problem persists on each one of them, therefore I believe the problem is with the Roku device. I have also tried numerous times to unplug the device to 'reboot' it, but that has not helped. I have also gone onto settings and found that I am receiving a strong signal and that I am connected. I would like to be able to view a program without interruption, as I once was able to do. Can you help Me? Is the device broken? Is there a way to 'fix' it? Advice is needed as I have exhausted all online help so far as I know.
