My name is Danny Perkins and we have a Roku express. This is our second one because after a few months the unit stops getting a good internet signal. The first one had a strong signal connection for about * months, then it was very intermittent and only obtained a weak signal. Your company emailed me noticing we were having issues and sent us a new Roku. I set this one up and it worked great for about * months and now it’s having trouble again obtaining a signal. Nothing has changed in our house or surroundings. This is very frustrating. Please provide us a resolution. Please review my account and you will see we have had * units and now the second having the same issue as the first.
