To connect it to the internet, it will connect to the wireless but not the internet ... I have a roku streaming product, it's a roku player ****X. It's showing Code ***.*We've had a power outage and our service has been restored, we have wireless and internet now but for some reason I can't get my roku device to connect to the internet, but it's connected to the wireless but won't connect to the internet. I have tried to reset the modem,the roku device, unplugged it, reset to factory setup and other things as well but it still won't connect to the internet.
it was working just the other night when we didn't have power but gas had been put in the generator that controls our Century link service in this area! Now it isn't.
if somehow we can get my device to connect to the internet.
I have been a customer for over a year or more.
I have tried restarting the device at least ** times, tried connecting to the internet about the same as restarting it, have unplugged device from power source, reset the power bar, have reset the device back to the factory mode as if it's a brand new device and started over, but still can't connect to the internet. I have * devices and neither will connect to the internet!
