Recently I've been unable to use my Roku Model ****x to use Netflix or Amazon prime, the only uses I have for the Roku. The network connection, when I can get one, is reported as excellent but the download speed rated at zero. Other wireless devices placed next to the Roku device report download speeds of ** Mbs. The unit worked fine previously. I have not changed internet providers or any part of my home wifi network recently. Our provider is ATT Uverse.
GetHuman-tcsmk did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.
