I have no service. I've chatted with ATT Direct TV Now and they referred me to you. I get a message saying Something Went Wrong and there is a technical issue. There is an error code *****-*** if that means anything. I have not had TV service since last Saturday. I was told last night by ATT that it was a network login problem and would be fixed in *-* hours. It's been ** hours and it still isn't fixed.
GetHuman-dagteg did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.
