I was trying to do something, and ran into a problem.
GetHuman1468031 did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.

I contacted customer service and left my phone number for them to call me back. I received a phone call back and was instructed to remove the Xfinity channel then add it again. I did that and it did not work. That was on Thursday evening. Last night , Saturday, when I turned on my tv it was working. I don’t know how it started working, it just did on it’s own because it was not working on Friday. My daughter has the same issue with her ROKU while watching NETFLIX and the Xfinity channel. It’s a huge inconvenience.
