Install ROKU ... I have been trying for over two hours to set up this device. If I cannot receive assistance, I am returning it.*I signed up with an e-mail address. When I go through the initial steps it asks for the e-mail, tells me it does not recognize it. However, when I begin filling in the passwords, e-mail, ect. It tells me it already has an e-mail for the account. I am trying to set this up for my Father, so for now you can send an e-mail to me at: *****@***.com. The e-mail for the Roku account is: *****@***.com
They have not even responded to the request for assistance. The roku is going back to the store. I
GetHuman-veince did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.

Newbies should go to You Tube to have their problems solved. The Roku company could care less about customer service!
