You show it "fixed", which it most certainly IS NOT. You have not allowed any type of contact other than a runaround. Your "customer service" is an exdercise in frustration and has no evident purpose. Shame on you.

The issue in GetHuman-jwpopp's own words
Nowhere on any screen in my ROKU TCL tv, nor on any screen from my two ROKU add-on units is there a simple display of date and time. That's a pretty serious omission, in my opinion. I would suggest that you make that simple addition on the home page.
GetHuman-jwpopp did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.
