I got ROKU installed on July **st * days ago.....I was charged $**.** by ROKU channel store..on that d ay. I don't even know what was charged and did not purposely charge anything...….I have called four phone numbers to no avail, getting ready to call the fifth one...….I have not had this service a week and will get rid of it as soon as I can...….I was not told or ask about ROKU, was just set up with it...…..Nothing on the card for the deal or promotion said NOTHING about ROKU!!!!!!!!! A very unhappy customer and will let others know how you people do business!!!!!!!*Marilyn Flick
