The issue in GetHuman631392's own words
received roku express with Charter Spectrum account in November ****. The unit always receives a "poor" wi fi signal. I replaced it with an old Roku HD unit I had and the signal is "Good". I think the Roku Express is defective. BTW, I put the express unit in the location where the old unit got an excellent signal and it still gets a poor signal.
GetHuman631392 did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.
