I have bought a few megalodon shark cards and have never received the in game currency...

I have bought a few megalodon shark cards and have never received the in game currency for any of them. I feel like I’m being robbed. Rockstar keeps cheating me, breaking my * yr old daughters heart, and making her cry. This has happened a few times this year. I receive other content purchased like the criminal enterprise starter pack, but never the megalodon shark cards in game currency when I buy them. I get a message saying my funds are exceeded, or something like that which is absolutely preposterous considering I have never had much money online at any time. The only time I have received funds that actually show up is when they run a special promotion giving cash for signing in, or completing a special achievement. I have been awarded ***,*** a few times and *,***,*** once that showed up with no issues, but never the money for the megalodon shark cards. For years now we have had very little in game currency, and a slow, sad, and overly difficult experience playing gta* online... We are pretty much stuck playing story mode for enjoyment, because when we play online we are placed in a disadvantage, and an unacceptable imposition.
