Hello,**I activated the * step verification method for my account a while back and now i cant manage to access the account through the windows authenticator. Is there anyway I can disable and access my account again?**Thanks

How GetHuman3248342 fixed the problem
I Logged in in Social Club with another account since it is impossible to write a ticket to the support team if you are not logged in. I indicated them the issue I was having with the * step verification (I deleted the authorization app and I was unable to get it back) I also indicated them that the issue was related to another account and not the one I was using to write the ticket.*The support team contacted me the same day asking for my gamertag (the one linked to the affected account) and birthday associated to this account (it is a requirement that you answer this email with the requested information from your personal email associated to the affected account).*Then they proceed to remove the two step verification method.
