When launching the game, the intro and policies appear, followed by a prompt to select a profile to save progress and earn achievements. After choosing a profile, I'm stuck on a black screen with the GTA logo. Restarting and selecting no leads me to the beginning of story mode. However, selecting a profile still results in being stuck. I've been a loyal GTA 5 player since its release, and this issue is disheartening. Your assistance is greatly appreciated as I've invested significant time in the game.

I recently regained access to my account, which now has a daily sell limit. After being hacked, I retrieved my GTA 5 account and noticed some duplication or suspicious activity. There are numerous elegys that I am trying to get rid of, which the hacker purchased and have maxed out my funds. I had accumulated $15 million over months, and not being able to sell off these items is frustrating me greatly.

I had [redacted] crates in my GTA 5 warehouse. During a plane delivery, I managed to deliver 9 out of 10 crates before the plane crashed. Surprisingly, the game said I destroyed all [redacted] crates. Losing 4.4 million dollars and all the crates after spending hours collecting them is frustrating. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed by either returning all my crates for redelivery or refunding the 4 million I lost. I am looking forward to hearing from you on how this can be resolved. Thank you.

While playing GTA 5 online on PC, I unexpectedly received around 400k in "modded money" from another player during an online session. I was unaware that this was hacked money as I am relatively new to playing GTA 5, just about a month into it. Recently, I came across a YouTube video exposing this money hack, and it dawned on me that I might end up facing suspension, a ban, or potential loss of funds due to this situation. I am seeking advice on how to rectify this issue. Is there any way for me to return this money so that my account remains "clean" and doesn't raise any red flags in the future? I am eager to avoid any penalties for unintentionally receiving this modded money. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased GTA on my PC and played it briefly. When I returned to the game, I discovered I had been permanently banned. I suspect my account was hacked. It's been almost a year, and I doubt Rockstar will assist me. Despite this, I really enjoy playing the game and am eager to have access again. I understand it may seem unlikely, but I would appreciate the opportunity to unlink my Steam and Rockstar accounts to link them to a new Rockstar account or to request an unban. I acknowledge that the chances of either happening are slim.

Yesterday, while playing GTA online, I encountered a player named Ghostxx3ar115 who seemed to be using god mode. After reporting them and informing them, I later found out they had reported me as well, resulting in a communication restriction the next day. It's frustrating how some players can evade consequences while I face restrictions for trying to address the issue.

I have submitted a support ticket to Rockstar regarding a bug I encountered during a mission where I couldn't drop all the cargo needed and as a result lost out on potential profit. Multiple players on Reddit have reported experiencing a similar issue. The bug occurred when trying to deliver Special Crates, specifically during the Cargo Plane mission using the Titan airplane. Despite fulfilling the criteria, I was unable to drop the final two crates due to a glitch with the left d-pad controls. This led to losing 4.4 million in expected profit during a double bonus week. I hope for a resolution that includes a refund of the lost earnings, as simply replacing the crates won't make up for the financial loss. I appreciate any assistance in rectifying this issue.

I seem to have forgotten the email address associated with my Rockstar Social Club account. Upon trying to create a new account using the email [redacted], I encountered an issue where games like GTA 5 or Max Payne 3 mentioned my steam account was already linked to a previous Rockstar Social Club account. Could you kindly help me either recover the previous email linked to my steam account or delete the old account so I can have my Social Club account linked to my steam account. My steam account name is thezander03. If there are further security questions required, I am willing to provide them. I'm okay with losing all data and achievements in GTA 5, as long as I can access my games. Please advise on the next steps to play Rockstar's games. Looking forward to your prompt response.

While playing GTA 5 online, my rank level dropped unexpectedly to one with negative experience points. I submitted a support ticket with the request number #[redacted]9 but haven't received a response yet. I play on Xbox [redacted] with the gamer tag FargalisPHX. I am kindly requesting to have my account restored to the original level, which was 39.

I used to play this game without needing an account. Recently, I installed it on my new PC and was prompted to log in, but I never created an account. The game is linked to my Steam account, amayarose27, but I cannot unlink it as I don't have access to the associated email. I cannot play now, which is frustrating because I had logged [redacted] hours of gameplay. I am not willing to spend another $60 to buy the game again just to resolve this issue. I really want the account unlinked or restored so I can enjoy playing the game again.

I am unable to access my Social Club account as I attempt to claim Twitch Prime benefits. I am currently stuck on the verification screen as I have lost my phone and did not back up the authentication app. I have been dedicated to playing the game legally but my progress is being impacted. I have been a loyal player since the first GTA on PS1 and am frustrated by the current situation. I deeply regret enabling the two-step verification method. I have invested $[redacted] to earn 1.25 million in-game and feel it is unfair that I cannot access my account. The games linked to Twitch Prime have not been added. I am concerned about missing out on time-sensitive benefits and would appreciate speaking to a real person for assistance.

Hello, I need assistance. My 10-year-old son accessed my PC, which I had accidentally left open, and installed mods for GTA5. Consequently, my account has been banned. Is there a way to recover it? I am willing to reset the account and start from scratch as I recognize that it was my carelessness that allowed my child to access it. However, repurchasing the game just to regain access and possibly lose my nickname would be disappointing. I appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you in advance.

Recently, my family used my in-game currency without my knowledge to purchase items like the Marshal Monster Truck and Liberator Truck. When I logged back in, I realized the money was missing. Surprisingly, I found a nightclub and an import/export warehouse in my account, although I didn't make these purchases. This experience has been frustrating and feels like a waste of time and money. I have been an avid player for years, but this situation might make me quit. I am hoping to be refunded for the cost of those unauthorized items. With the launch of the Diamond Resort and Casino approaching, I am disappointed to have nothing to show for my dedication.

Upon completing the setups and heist for the Pacific Standard Heist, the game unexpectedly returned me to a normal GTA Online session. This caused me to lose progress, costing me [redacted] thousand in-game currency to restart. After redoing the heist and spending another 100K, I encountered a glitch where the heist disappeared when I logged back in. This cycle repeated, each time costing me 100K and valuable time. Despite multiple attempts, I faced more setbacks as I got kicked to a random session during the final stage. After re-downloading the app and spending another 100K, I finally managed to complete the heist. The frustration of losing time and money due to these technical issues has made me question my enjoyment of the game. I hope to be compensated for the losses incurred during this ordeal.

Hello, I am Jayson Harajli. I recently started playing GTA 5 and began purchasing shark cards from a GameStop store to redeem them in the Xbox store. On July 15th, [redacted], I got 3 shark cards, each being the 8 million mega card. However, upon redeeming the codes, only one credited me with 8 million, the other two did not pay. Xbox support suggested waiting due to potential fraud concerns. I usually receive the money right after redeeming the codes. I am unsure of what to do next, should I contact someone specific or dispute the transactions on my credit card? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I recently linked my Twitch Prime with my Amazon Prime account to claim the $1.25 million cash reward. I completed the steps three days ago, but I haven't received the reward yet. On my Twitch Prime account, it shows that everything was claimed, promising the reward on my next login. I have screenshots and all necessary information. I am eager to receive the cash reward to fully enjoy my Twitch Prime benefits. Despite claiming the rewards, I have not seen them in my account. I urgently seek assistance and guidance in resolving this issue. Thank you. -Jason

Dear Rockstar Games, I was surprised to discover that my Online Play was suspended and reset after attempting to engage in "air jousting" with friends using a recently purchased Velum. This suspension occurred after I may have clicked on a link on Steam, leading me to suspect my account was compromised. I kindly request my account to be unsuspended and reset to its state on 07/16/19, with my Velum restored. I do not want the individual who accessed my account to exploit it with money or RP hacks. Should this not be feasible, I am willing to serve the suspension. However, I prefer to have my account restored to the state before the incident occurred. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, iTrilo

Yesterday, I was playing GTA V and learned about trading motorcycle clubs for cheaper ones to earn more cash. I saved up enough money, bought the cheaper club, but when I traded it, I didn't receive any money as promised. Today, I tried the same thing with apartments, but after trading my $[redacted],[redacted] apartment for a $[redacted],[redacted] one to save $[redacted],[redacted], I ended up with a worse apartment and lost $5,[redacted]. Additionally, when I sold my Zentorno for around $[redacted],[redacted], I didn't receive any money. I'm quite unhappy with these outcomes and would like to request a refund of $[redacted],[redacted]. That's the situation I'm facing and hope to get some help with it.

I purchased a warehouse and gathered 20 crates. When attempting to sell them, I was instructed to go to the airport and board a plane. Upon arrival, the plane malfunctioned and caused all 20 crates to explode. This incident has been frustrating as I invested time in collecting them for the casino resort update. I have two simple solutions for this issue: either replace the 20 crates in my warehouse or credit my GTA V game account with [redacted],[redacted] units. Your prompt action in correcting this matter by choosing either option 1 or 2 would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
