Missing items happen all the time. If you are looking to recover one you will need to report it immediately. If you deleted the item you most likely cannot get it back.

I bought and played Rockstar games's latest release "Red Dead Redemption *" on LAUNCH DAY. According to all their online announcements, I should have acces to the game right now. However, I do not. I did already contact Rockstars customer support, but they told me that "according to their file, I did not have access until tomorrow." Their file was wrong. They would not even acknowledge the possibility that i was correct, and insisted "they could not fix it". **Since they cannot fix it. I expect to be compensated.
GetHuman-jory_sta did not yet indicate what Rockstar Games should do to make this right.
