I ordered a Walker Oxygen (**) sensor back on May **, ****. I ordered it for the mechanic that was repairing my wife's truck. This mechanic can take weeks and sometimes months to finish the job. Depending on your urgency to get the vehicle back, which we had * other vehicles and were in no hurry. When he finally got to putting the Oxygen Sensor I ordered, he discovered it was not the correct one. The ** day limit was well over by that time. I tried to return but was denied because of the time that had elapsed. I'm a father of * kids and am the only one who works and every penny country. I am now stuck with this part that I do not need. I have even attempted to sell it on multiple sites but nobody has shown interest. I order from your company due to your reputation and almost unbeatable prices. If there is anything you can do at this point I would appreciate it. I will even pay to ship it back. If you can't refund my money for the actual part, is there any possibility that you can just issue a credit to my account for the next time I place and order? We are down to * vehicles and my wife's **** Dodge Dakota is always needing something replaced so it would only be a matter of time before I would order another part. I would really appreciate it if you could just bend your return policy just this once. I have been happy with your company and have even referred it to many people I know when they are looking for parts. Please let me know if there is anything you can do for me at this point.
