Swap out the BCM with one that works. LOL

Go in touch with you about a Body Control Module I purchased, which when installed alerted the "Security" system and rendered my **** Buick Regal inoperative. Order *********. The part supposedly did not require programming. The part number on the order form is ACDelco ******, The part number I received is ********, the part number (original) is ********.* Ran a scan tool and could not correct the problem, it shows "No defects noted". So I re-installed the old unit and it cleared the "Security" problem and I can drive the car. So obviously there is a problem with the "new" BCM. If you can replace it I will ship this one back to you.? I left my phone number but no contact as yet. A BCM that works in exchange for the defective one I received.

Had an expert mechanic run his high dollar scan tool on the car but with no results. Put the old unit back in and can now start the car. The "new" unit caused the "Security " system to disable the car.
