I have a brand new RHEEM model R**PA*******msa*ser: W********* I installed this in my home. Right away it ran for a shortly period of time then goes out on code ** water sensor. after a short time it comes back on and the repeats this cycle. I can see condensate draining from the drain the unit is level. I tried to pull the sensor out with the wire connected and it still gives me the same code even tho the sensor is not in. Please I am starting to wonder if I got a furnace with a bad board or maybe a sensor? I am a technician of ten years. mostly familiar with pain, carrier and bryant furnaces. I have heard good things about RHEEM so thought I would try one in my own home.
