Good day and thanks for getting back to me. I will try to explain my situation * more time so everyone is clear**I originally booked a car with (*********) near the end of September for a trip to Lamezia Italy. When I originally booked the car, I received an email that I noticed when I got back that was kind of a confirmation but the email contained a short cut to the booking which I noticed on my return. When I didn't receive a proper booking confirmation before my departure date, I rebooked another car with you (*********) again and received the proper booking confirmation. At the time of my arrival in Lamezia, I handed the printed copy of my booking to the Budget clerk on duty. I explained to her that I have a car booked with and she processed my booking. I had the car for * weeks without any issues. **When I returned from my vacation I had noticed that there were * charges on my credit card * from and * from Avis.**I immediately sent off a similar inquiry thru your website and explained what had happened.**About a week ago I did receive confirmation that the original booking * ********* was being credited to my credit card. I tried to respond to advise that the other booking number ******** should also be credited as the charge I got from Avis was for the car I did end up getting from Budget.**My budget rental agreement number was *********. Which should be in my file as it was sent to me as an attachment.**I have repeatedly left my cell number if you still needed further clarification. *** *** ******Please and thanks*Mike
