The issue in GetHuman-saulesi's own words
We went to pick up car to Avis on this Saturday. Itinerary Number is *********.*So in rentalcars webpage it says no charges, right? And we also have confirmation letter from them, where is says * taxes. But when we went to avis they added **% of taxes to “amount due pick-up” and when we complained to them, they said, that they do not know anything and we have to talk to rental cars and as we really needed the car that day, we paid that amount, but I think it would be fair from them to fix this problem as we renting it for three months so its going to be a really big overcharge and huge difference from what we planned and what is stated in our confirmation letter.
GetHuman-saulesi did not yet indicate what Rentalcars.com should do to make this right.
