Ii CANNOT USE DIGITAL BATTERY AND ITS NOT CHARGING AS IT SITS IN MY PHONE. I NEED THE REGULAR PHONE BATTERIES, NOT DIGITAL.

i NEED HELP FROM SOMEONE INSTEAD OF FILLING OUT ALL THESE QUESTIONS. You must have a live person who can give me return info and order correct batteries.Very frustrating filling out ... I see why Radio Shack is going under. No customer service? No online chat? You ****. Ill look for alternative batteries*I ordered Ni-MH *.*V ***mAh, catalog * *******. NOT DIGITAL. I'm replacing the white one. I received a digital green one, Not charging in the phone I need procedure to return and order the non-digital. HELP!!!!!!!!!
Very frustrating filling out these questions with no resolve.
As stated above, correct return address, procedure, and order correct batteries.
I'm obviously using Radio Shack for supplies.
Is it possible to live chat or get a phone *. Two minutes is all it will take TO GET THIS RESOLVED
