I had a bond with an online friend, and we decided to swap accounts. When I needed the gift card numbers, my friend claimed she couldn't provide them due to restrictions. Oddly, I then saw her able to type numbers. Panicked, I tried to secure my account but couldn't due to nervousness. Suddenly, I was logged out and felt distraught. Despite this, I could access her account where she was communicating through another account. I possess evidence of our interactions, including screenshots and witnesses from my real-life circle. I even feature my username on TikTok. I willingly handed over the account to another one of her friends. Now, I seek assistance in reclaiming what is rightfully mine.

Hello, I recently purchased [redacted] Robux yesterday. After buying two accessories, I should have had [redacted] Robux left. However, when I logged into Roblox, I only had 9 Robux remaining. Upon checking my messages, I found a notification about a private server subscription that I don't recall purchasing. The price was changed to [redacted] Robux. The game owner is a group named 'Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm,' which I don't remember joining. I tried to friend the owner for more information, but the account seems suspicious as it was created today and has 0 friends, follows, and followers. I barely visited the game and never played it before today. It's concerning that my Robux was used without my knowledge.

I foolishly engaged in a trade where I was supposed to receive the "NEVERLAND LAGOON: SALAMEEN THE SPIDER QUEEN" toy code in exchange for [redacted] robux. I recently discovered a charge on my bank statement that I suspected was fraudulent. After discussing it with my son, he confessed to making the charge without my permission. When I initially reached out to your customer service via email, you promptly refunded the amount in question and terminated his MASTERcod546 account, which initially gave me peace of mind amidst rising online fraud. However, now that I know it was not a fraudulent transaction, I kindly request that you do not reverse the refund and reinstate his Roblox account. Losing access to his 7-year-old account would mean losing all his progress and investments made in the game. I still appreciate your assistance in safeguarding my bank account information. If it's not possible to restore his account, I ask that you honor the refund. Thank you for your understanding. I have been experiencing issues trying to reach out for support regarding my account roseiybear on Roblox. Unfortunately, this account has been wrongly banned multiple times. I have made significant investments in this account and would like to appeal these bans. The warnings received for uploading clothing items that were not inappropriate, the ban for addressing inappropriate behavior in the server, the ban for recording a YouTube video, and other instances seem unjustified. My account has been active since [redacted], and I do not believe these infractions warrant such severe actions. It feels frustrating that Roblox is penalizing my account while allowing actual rule breakers to go unpunished.

My daughter is having trouble redeeming a gift card she received. Every time she tries to log in, it says the password is incorrect. When we try to reset the password, we don't receive any emails with instructions or the code when we use a phone number. This is really frustrating. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue. The process should be easier, especially since kids are mostly using this game. I am deeply concerned because a player named MajorlyMajor has stolen all of my son's limited items in the game AdoptMe. As a dedicated parent who has invested a significant amount of money into this game for my children, I am very upset by this incident. MajorlyMajor tricked my son by claiming he had won a neon giraffe and asked him to join a private server to collect the reward. However, upon rejoining the game, all of my son's items were mysteriously transferred to MajorlyMajor's account. I had even activated a four-digit login code for added security, so I am puzzled as to how this player was able to bypass it. It is evident that MajorlyMajor intends to sell or trade these stolen items, and I urgently seek a resolution to this matter to safeguard my children's gaming experience.

Initially, he challenged me to a 1v1 for the account, and even after winning, he refused to return it. My friend attempted to hack him back, but he had added additional security measures. The hacker's username is "lordeyaya," he may be using the dark web, and his name is "James." My account "boboissoft" was hacked, and despite trying for over a year, I've been unable to reset my password. I've attempted to do this from my brother's account without success. I can't recall the password I had initially. I would like to resolve this issue by checking my user profile to see the activity on my account. When I last played, I had 47 friends. I would appreciate it if someone could verify if the friend count has increased. If it has, I would like to know who these new friends are and what games they've been playing. I have tried reaching out a few times regarding the same issue. Now, I am facing a new problem with both of my sons' Roblox accounts. The first account is KingOfGaming294, and the second one is KingOfGaming2032. I bought rainbow shirts and pants for both accounts, yet they are not appearing. We have tried resetting on both Android and iPhone devices, but the items are still missing. Even after resetting the characters, the items are not showing up. I am disappointed that I spent real money on these items just to have them not show up. I had to rebuy the items, which is frustrating. Please get in touch with me. I accidentally caused my girlfriend's account to be deleted when I uploaded custom decals of our memories from other games in Bloxburg to decorate our house. I am desperate for reassurance that her account can be restored as it was not her fault. We were working on decorating our Bloxburg house together, with me on her account and her on mine. The intention behind the decals was to display cute memories of our gameplay together, not to be offensive. It was solely my mistake, and she had no involvement in this. Despite our long history with Roblox and a clean record of following the Terms of Service, we faced this unprecedented issue. The lack of warning regarding the offensiveness of the decals led to immediate removal from the game, leaving us no opportunity to rectify the situation. I am ready to accept responsibility for my actions and willing to go to great lengths, including deleting my account, to restore hers. I have reached out to Roblox Support for the Appeals Team and will do whatever it takes to correct this error. My utmost concern is that my mistake does not damage our relationship.
