My daughter's account, d0gandcat, was compromised this morning by a user named 00ChadPlaysz. He convinced her to join a trade room on Instagram as user adoptme6770. She shared her username to be added as a friend. When she tried to log in, her password didn't work. Upon checking messages, she found a new password sent by the hacker. Her trade history displayed 3 unauthorized trades to a user, yielding nothing in return for several legendary animals. Our hearts ache as almost 30 animals, mostly legendary, were traded from her account by the hacker while she was occupied with schoolwork. She invested [redacted] consecutive days and a substantial amount of money in her inventory. My daughter is devastated and we seek the full return of her pets. Security measures have been reinforced, but the reversal of these unauthorized trades is crucial. We have reported the incidents and the user involved. Recently, my account was deleted due to an unauthorized charge by an unknown hacker who obtained my Roblox password and card information. With the help of a Xolla employee and my mom, we tried to resolve the issue and prevent any further harm by deleting my account. Now, I am taking steps to secure my information properly. My son's game username is Bob12345g4t36447. He encountered a glitch in the game, tried to reinstall it, but couldn't. I requested a new password but didn't receive it. I am frustrated that I couldn't reach anyone by phone. I had purchased [redacted] roebucks for him, now he can't use them due to the game issue. My daughter had a friend over, Nevaeh, who accessed her phone, Lexi, and removed pets from Adopt Me. Another friend, Mia, then hacked her account and took all the pets. The account names involved are Itheshe, Queenlaylay655, and himynameisnothing135. I, Elizabeth Hall, am deeply upset as I have invested a lot of money into this game. Nevaeh took the pets from my daughter's phone, unfriended her, and sent them to himynameisnothing135. Please return the pets to Itheshe and himynameisnothing135. Every time we try to purchase Robux, the payment keeps getting declined. We have enough money on the card, but the zip code appears to be incorrect. We have tried correcting it multiple times, but it still doesn't work. We have attempted to make the purchase on both laptops, but it continues to fail. We are unsure if the issue lies with the card, laptop, or the zip code. Hello, I'm Jennifer. Unfortunately, my Roblox account was wrongfully deleted after my friend used my email to hack into it and made unauthorized purchases. I've been unable to regain access, and even though my mother reported the transactions to her bank, my account remains inaccessible. I've reached out to Roblox for help, but the automated responses don't address my situation. The username of the account in question is [ii_smartaxx]. I had an account on Roblox named xclovdss. I verified my email with the account, but it seems to be disabled because I am not receiving any instructions when I request them. Someone from my friends list, approximate, sniped limiteds on Roblox and pressured me to do the same. I suspect they accessed my account through a strange link they sent, even though I didn’t share my password. The email used for verification was [redacted] and the phone number linked to it is [redacted]. The last known password before it was changed was starboy1234. The user who took over my account can be found on Roblox as approximate and on Discord as preston#[redacted].

I have been using my main account, slythrinn, with premium features and two years of memories stored on it. However, today when I tried to log in, I was shown as logged out and when I attempted to log back in, it stated that my password was incorrect. I tried to initiate a password reset using my dad's email, which is linked to the account, but my account was not found. A friend informed me that my account still appears on their friends list, indicating it was not deleted but likely hacked. I kindly request assistance in retrieving the password the hacker may have set, allowing me to regain access to my account. Additionally, upon further reflection, it seems that my dad's email may still be associated with the account since the password reset request was successfully sent to him.

Yesterday while playing a game with a friend, a message popped up on my screen saying "Same account launched." Initially thinking it was a glitch with Roblox, it happened again while I was playing and on a call with my friends. After discussing it, they suggested that I change my password. As I was considering doing so, I suddenly got logged out of Roblox. When I tried to log back in, my username was correct but my password was not accepted. I am sure I typed it correctly as I always keep it written down for situations like this. Despite numerous attempts, I kept receiving the incorrect password message, indicating that the hacker had changed my password. I am urgently seeking assistance with this issue. I played Roblox for a few months but got distracted and didn't return to it until now. However, I'm unable to access my account with the username WolfKing286 due to it being deemed inappropriate. As I had used a fake email address before, I can't reset the password or update the name. When I searched for my old account, it seems to have been removed from Roblox. I could only locate it by logging in with another account, dudeperfectthesmash, but my profile was empty. I'm hesitant to invest in a new account, Xboxcamander20, fearing the same issue might occur. Yesterday, my cousin was banned from Roblox. The incident occurred after she was reported for an interaction in Bloxburg. She had asked another player if they could role-play together, but when the other player didn't like her house, my cousin politely excused herself to work on her own. Unfortunately, the other player accused my cousin of racism, even though she explained her support for BLM regardless of skin color. Following this, a message appeared on her screen about a disconnected device using her account, leading to her ban from Roblox. We are both upset by this unjust outcome and unsure of what steps to take next.

My account was deleted because of an inappropriate username. Despite apologizing in my appeal and requesting a username reset, the appeals team responded with, "Your account was banned due to an inappropriate username, this action will not be undone." Subsequent emails requesting another chance to reset my username were met with, "We have already made a decision on this appeal." I find this unfair considering others have had their accounts reset and even those with similar usernames as mine were allowed to reset. I have been a loyal Roblox user for years, invested significant assets and funds into my account, which I now struggle to recover. All I ask for is the restoration of my account. I recently engaged in a trade with another user on the platform. Initially, they explained that they had to split the trade into two parts due to the large number of items I possessed. They appeared friendly, and I assured them that I wouldn't engage in any fraudulent behavior. However, after sending two trades and me accepting them, the promised items were not included. The user had already traded away the valuable item they initially offered before I could accept it, leaving me with nothing. They manipulated the situation by claiming the trade was based on appearance rather than value, deceiving me in the process. I reached out to Roblox support via email nearly two weeks ago. I decided to change my password after receiving a notification about a different device accessing my account. Unfortunately, I now find myself locked out as I cannot recall the new password I set. Despite multiple attempts to reset it using my email, I haven't received any reset instructions. I am hopeful that Roblox can assist me in regaining access to my account by either resetting my password or providing alternative solutions.

I bought $75 worth of Roblox gift cards (3 x $25) for my son's birthday on January 12, [redacted], from Coles supermarket in Warner's Bay. Unfortunately, when he tried to redeem them, they didn't work and showed an error code. We've never had issues before. I returned them to Coles, but they advised me to contact ROBLOX. I've been unable to reach a customer service representative. This situation is upsetting, and my son is devastated because he doesn't have a birthday gift. It seems unfair that Coles didn't refund the faulty cards. I'm frustrated that I can't speak to anyone about this problem, and my son is very disappointed.

I have never and would never give out my Roblox account information. This has led me to believe that I was hacked. All of my limited items have been traded without my knowledge to an account named AbolishedTimes. I never created or accepted this trade, and now I have lost all my items. They were not expensive, so I am not concerned about that. I have long-term friends on that account and I really do not want to lose it. A pin was added to my account that I did not add. If there is a way to remove this pin and change my account email back to MY email instead of the hacker's email, I would be grateful for your help.
